No. All tickets are sold on a “first-come, first-served basis.” Online ticket booking transactions must be completed within the time frame provided on the payment page. If the transaction time expires, it will be deemed incomplete, and the allocated seats will be automatically returned to the system for sale.

Yes. We accept major global credit cards. Once the payment is successful, your ticket will be sent to your registered email address.

If an event is postponed or cancelled, PINSIM will notify all ticket holders via email and/or WhatsApp. Refunds may be available. Please follow the instructions provided by PINSIM to initiate the refund process.
