He studied under Tamaoki Sakamoto\, former concertmaster of the NHK Symphony Orchestra. He was concertmaster of the Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University Symphony Orchestra and has performed with several ensembles\, including the Kyoto Sinfoniker\, Gold Coast Philharmonic Orchestra\, Theophilus Chamber Orchestra\, and Iyo Orchestra. Mr. Keisuke Kiddo is currently a member of Ensemble Singapore Japan and is dedicated to community outreach through music\, performing in concerts approximately every two months. Atsushi Taniguchi | Cellist Mr. Atsushi Taniguchi began his musical journey on the double bass in a public elementary school orchestra in Tokyo\, later transitioning to the cello. He served as principal cellist of the University of Tokyo Orchestra. Alongside his professional career\, Mr. Taniguchi remained active in music\, performing as principal cellist and later serving as director of the Mizuho Philharmonic\, the bank’s official orchestra. In 2024\, he was posted to Singapore for his first overseas assignment after 26 years of service. Mr. Taniguchi is currently a member of Ensemble Singapore Japan\, focusing on string ensemble and chamber music repertoire. From the virtuosic flair of Paganini’s Duets to the lyrical charm of Glière’s 8 Pieces\, and the delightful dance-inspired character of Shostakovich’s Five Pieces\, the programme showcases the duo’s musical chemistry and shared passion for storytelling through sound. ✨Refreshing welcome drinks specially crafted by Pinsim will be served upon your arrival. ✨A selection of delectable sweet temptations awaits you during the intermission ✨Our brand-new LED screen is the crowning jewel—confirm it’s gonna blow you away with its jaw-dropping special effects! 😍 .🎼 Dances and Dreams 🎼 Keisuke Kiddo | Violinist Mr. Keisuke Kido spent 15 years in Johor Bahru and began playing the violin at the age of three. He studied under Tamaoki Sakamoto\, former concertmaster of the NHK Symphony Orchestra. He was concertmaster of the Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University Symphony Orchestra and has performed with several ensembles\, including the Kyoto Sinfoniker\, Gold Coast Philharmonic Orchestra\, Theophilus Chamber Orchestra\, and Iyo Orchestra. Mr. Keisuke Kiddo is currently a member of Ensemble Singapore Japan and is dedicated to community outreach through music\, performing in concerts approximately every two months. Atsushi Taniguchi | Cellist Mr. Atsushi Taniguchi began his musical journey on the double bass in a public elementary school orchestra in Tokyo\, later transitioning to the cello. He served as principal cellist of the University of Tokyo Orchestra. Alongside his professional career\, Mr. Taniguchi remained active in music\, performing as principal cellist and later serving as director of the Mizuho Philharmonic\, the bank’s official orchestra. In 2024\, he was posted to Singapore for his first overseas assignment after 26 years of service. Mr. Taniguchi is currently a member of Ensemble Singapore Japan\, focusing on string ensemble and chamber music repertoire. His principal teachers include Tetsushi Okamoto (former G-CLEF\, now with the New York Philharmonic) on double bass\, and Yoko Yamaura (formerly of the Shakuyaku Trio) on cello. Ms. Lilian Lee | Pianist Ms. Lilian Lee is a dedicated piano educator and accomplished accompanist\, holding the prestigious LTCL Piano Recital Diploma from Trinity College London. With a passion for both solo and collaborative music-making\, she brings a wealth of experience to her work as a teacher and performer. Specializing in piano instruction and accompaniment\, Ms. Lee actively prepares students for music exams\, recitals and competitions. Her dynamic teaching style and attention to musical expression have inspired learners of all ages and levels. As a sought-after accompanist\, she collaborates with instrumentalists and vocalists for concerts\, competitions\, and music festivals\, providing sensitive and skilled support that enhances every performance. Her versatility and musical insight make her an invaluable partner on stage and in the rehearsal room.
