2. Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers.
  • Newspapers or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items, and some other non-returnable items.

3. Partial Refunds

4. Refunds Process

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift-giver.
